Deployment
Update Crew Deployment Status
Status flows from deployment activity: POOL → LINED UP → ONBOARD → COMPLETED → RETURNED TO POOL.
STCW / Documents & Expiry
Crew Documents
Select a crew member to display only that seafarer’s STCW, licence, travel, medical and training records.
Document Register & Files
Bulk document intake: choose all PDF/JPG/PNG scans for the selected crew. OCIS will propose a document match from the file name and existing register. Review the matches once, then confirm distribution. Unmatched files remain safely in the Crew Document Folder as Unclassified.
